How is the shipping calculated?

We use Fedex for most shipping and offer several options for our online customers.

Standard Fedex Ground arrives 5-10 business days from shipping. Our rates are calculated by Fedex based on product weights.

Sorry, Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Available orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, you will be contacted if otherwise. Sorry, no backorders are available.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your ordering experience. Our products are carefully prepared and checked but sometimes mistakes do happen. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturer's defect, please email us at info@worldapparelgroup.com and we either repair the product, replace if available or refund the purchase price.
